Coffee Galore is a dropshipping store. Orders may be fulfilled by partner suppliers or warehouses, which may be located in different countries.


PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier's warehouse location and your delivery destination. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

TRACKING

  • Most orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.
  • Some orders ship with carriers that have limited online tracking. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
  • Coffee Galore is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
